Shopkins, The Perfect Collectibles For Girls! (Review)

When it comes to toys that are the new and latest trends, for young boys, it seems that The Trash Pack has been a huge hit. My nephew is crazy about them and has been collecting them for quite some time now. So when I first heard about Shopkins, mini collectibles that were geared to young girls, I immediately knew my daughter would love them. My nephew and her are five days apart and are very similar when it comes to toys that they like, especially toys that they can collect.

Shopkins are super cute, tiny, grocery-themed collectibles that are inspired by items from each aisle in the grocery store and come with adorable shopping bags and baskets. My daughter Joey loves Shopkins so much so she even watches reviews of the toys online so she was pretty happy when we received the entire set featured in the photos below to review ourselves. I'm not sure I've ever seen her smile that big. She especially enjoyed playing with the fruit and veg stand.

Joeys has a genuine love of all things miniature so she really loved this whole set but be aware the toys are very small so definitely not for any children who put things in their mouths.

I loved seeing my daughter play with these toys and watch her imagination come to life. Apparently all the little Shopkins fit right in with her miniature ponies and princesses.

I would definitely recommend Shopkins to parents with young girls. The toys are bright and cheerful. Each set comes with multiple Shopkins characters and accessories. With their low and affordable price ranging from $3.99 to $29.99, this is definitely a must have, especially with the Holidays coming up.

For more information about all the Shopkins sets and more, be sure to check out their website.

Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I received the complete collection of Shopkins at no cost for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received.
