Even though we're all still excited about Halloween tomorrow, I'm pretty excited about the upcoming holiday season. I love getting ready for the Holidays with my family with lots of Christmas music, decorating our house and watching lots of Christmas movies. As many of you know, my family and I absolutely love watching movies together. We love being able to pick out a movie that all of us can enjoy together and snuggle up on the couch and hangout watching the movie with treats to snack on.
My family and I have been challenged by Staples Canada to #Streaminto2015 by watching as many holiday movies as possible and crown our, "Ultimate Holiday Movie," over the next 30 days. This is definitely going to be a tough challenge for us because we have so many favorites that we love and watch faithfully every year.
To help us get started with our challenge, we were sent a Roku 3 Streaming Media Player to watch our movies on along with some treats to enjoy as well. I love the Roku 3, it not only is very easy to use and navigate, but it also has Netflix for us to stream our movies on along with a few free apps, like, Facebook, Angry Birds game, Vevo, Crackle and you can easily download other apps as well.
We've been making a list on what movies we're going to be watching and below are a few family favorites:
Elf
A Christmas Story
Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer
Frosty The Snowman
Miracle On 34th Street
Jack Frost
How The Grinch Stole Christmas
White Christmas
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Home Alone
Those are just a few that come to mind. There are lots of other movies we'll be watching the month of November. Myself along with a few other Canadian bloggers will be sharing the movies we'll be watching throughout this challange and you can follow along too by using the hashtag #StreamInto2015 on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
