October is one of my favorite times of the year. I absolutely love Halloween and everything that goes with it. From decorating the house to making lots of Spooky Treats for my kids to enjoy, this is definitely a month I look forward to every year.
One thing I love is to cuddle on the couch with a throw blanket, have some popcorn and hot chocolate and watch spooky mystery movies with the hubby and kids. Throughout the month of October we have spooky movie nights where we get the family together, bring out the spooky treats and watch movies. It's a fun time for all of us and it definitely brings us closer together.
Now, we have some traditional movies that are a MUST watch every year on DVD like, Hocus Pocus, The Adams Family and Halloweentown (my all time favorites). We also watch a few mystery family movies on Netflix as well. It's great because each year Netflix has some great mystery movies/shows on for us to stream and watch and never disappoints. We watched Spooky Buddies this past weekend and my kids absolutely loved it. We've watched it before, but it gets them every time. They absolutely love the buddies movies and this is one of our favorites.
