@MonsterHigh: Freaky Fusion Viewing Party & Giveaway #MHFreakyFusion

My daughter is a HUGE fan of the Monster High series. I remember when she first saw them on Youtube. Her and cousin Erica (they're 9 months apart) watched every single episode and became obsessed. It was then she had to get every doll and when they started making movies on DVD, she added them to her wishlist.

Monster High inspires girls to be unique by empowering them to embrace their imperfections and express their individuality. It’s a school that creates a world where freaky flaws are celebrated and allows girls to be their authentic self.

So she was super excited when I told her that she was able to invite four friends over for a special viewing of the latest movie, Freaky Fusion along with receive a Monster High purse and magazine for all the girls. She jumped and screamed with excitement, so did her friend, as she was over visiting at the time we received some goodies.

My daughter got to invite four friends, sadly, one of them came down with the flu the day of our viewing party, but we did send her a Monster High purse and magazine so she wouldn't miss out too much.

In the latest movie, Freaky Fusion, “Two ghouls are better than one,” is the main message. Teamwork, helping each other, the power of friendship, self-expression, individuality, and accepting others are the key messages that are conveyed throughout the movie.

First thing on my list before having the girls over was finding a few goodies for them to enjoy while they watched the movie. I decided to order a couple pizzas and make a salad and fruit to eat. For sweet goodies I got the girls some chocolate covered pretzels, gummy bears, Monster High Cupcakes and made them a special Lagoona Blue's Punch. Next was putting everything together. After shopping at our local Walmart, I was able to pick up a couple Monster High table cloths for a couple bucks and also grab some Monster High Tattoos.

Now that the girls were here and had their food, it was time to start the movie. We headed downstairs to our family room and right from the start the girls were so excited just by watching the menu with the new Monster High song. Once I hit play, I the room went quiet. The girls were so into the movie and loving the new characters, they forgot I was there. It was so nice seeing them so interested in the new story line and loving the Monster High characters all over again.

After the movie was over, the girls couldn't stop talking about it. They were so excited they got to see the movie and loved seeing the ghouls go back in time to the first day of Monster High. After a few minutes of chatting with each other about the movie, the girls then got their two gifts, a Monster High Purse and Monster High Magazine. They were super excited to receive both magazine and purse. They started coloring their purses right a way.

When their parents came to pick them up, they didn't want to go home. They were all talking about the movie and hoping they could get their own copies to enjoy at home. This would make a great gift since the holidays are right around the corner. This was a fantastic viewing party and my daughter was so thrilled she got to experience watching Freaky Fusion with her best friends.
