I'm a huge fan of dips. They are my go to snacks during a family get together, Saturday afternoon with friends, Sunday football games, etc. So when I had a chance to try Sabra Canada's hummus I was absolutely excited. More so because I had already tried their original and absolutely loved it. Cutting up some veggies and pita bread and putting it on a platter to munch on during the day is just awesome.
We also made pita pizza's with their Supremly Spicy Hummus, which turned out pretty awesome. We used pita bread, hummus, mozzarella cheese and threw in some veggies that were laying in the fridge. This was super easy and quick and was a great way to use the hummus.
The Stir-In Star contest was a chance for fans to show what they would put in their hummus. Fans got a chance to create a recipe for up to five ingredients, take a picture and submit their recipe. Now that the judge, Vicky Sanderson, from Toronto Star’s Homes columnist has picked her top five it's your turn to vote on your favorite. The winner will win a Sabra gift pack valued at $75.
