MY REVIEW
This is such a great movie for the entire family to watch. Not only did I fall in love with the Croods, but this definitely made me think of my relationship with my dad. This movie is based around a family with a protective father. He's really all about making sure his family is safe and unharmed in any way. By doing this he follows all cavemen rules and tries his hardest to make sure that his family follows them too. But then we have his oldest daughter who is at the rebelling stage because she just wants to live and have fun. This movie not only brought tears in my eyes because it's amazing how much one man is willing to do in order to protect his family and the ones he loves. So for me it was about a father and daughter's relationship and how he had to learn to trust her and open up to new things to help his family grow, live and survive.

My kids absolutely loved this movie. I think the character Belt had to be both my kids favorite character because he was always coming in at just the right time to make the kids laugh with his one liner, "Dun Dun Dahhh!" This movie is heartfelt, caring, hilarious and a perfect family movie to watch all together on a movie night. Not to mention the bonus features you get learning about the different animals that were in this movie, my daughter absolutely loved that. If you have yet to watch the movie, The Croods, I definitely suggest you do.
