I had the opportunity to review both their popular Purity coconut water and their Keen-Wah Decadence protein bar. As I'm still trying to loose weight and eat healthier I thought both products were great for me to review. When received two protein bars and three packets of their coconut water powder.
I have to say the coconut water was absolutely delicious. Once I saw that this was in powder form instead of an already made drink, I have to admit I was a bit skeptical, but after my first sip I was very pleased by how it taste. I had this in place of coffee one morning when it was pretty warm outside and I have to say this gave me the same amount, if not more energy to get up and start my day. I love that their coconut water is 100% organic and that this one glass of coconut water had more electrolytes and energy then one banana or 15 sports drinks.
I'm not one to eat protein bars, so it took me a couple of bites into it to decide if I liked the Keen-Wah bar, but I was pleased with the outcome. The Keen-Wah protein bar is the first protein bar that is made gluten free, vegan and 100% organic. Each bar also has 18% of fiber, which I thought was great because I'm one of those people that can do with more fiber in their life.
