With Summer officially here and the weather finally warming up, it's time for lots of barbecues and family and friends get togethers. Did you know that brunchin' at home has become a trend? It's always been a favorite of mine. I love hosting brunch during the warm months with a few of my girlfriends to sit outside on our deck, play catch up and munch on some delicious food all while sipping on a mimosa.
There are a number of ways you can host brunch. You can have it like a pot luck, each person brings a dish, inside or outside and don't forget the food, there are many different foods that are perfect for brunch, I personally love french toast during brunch.
I'm also a huge salsa lover. I love it on eggs, with chips and on tacos. I also love that I can serve it with just about anything and during any time of the day, including brunch. Each recipe looks delicious and would be a great addition to any brunch menu. My personal favorite is the breakfast nachos. I've made them a couple of times before and they are perfect for brunch as all you need to do is make a platter of them, sit at the table with your loved ones and dig in!
