MY REVIEW
I can't believe that it has been 50 years since the movie, Mary Poppins has come out. I remember watching this movie as a kid. It was one of my favorites to watch because of all the songs that were in the movie as well as how it made me want a nanny just like Mary Poppins. She was cool, creative and had a unique way of doing things. She was and still is awesome.

For the first time ever you can now enjoy Mary Poppins on blu-ray and let me tell you, my family and I did just that. This was our kids first time watching the movie and they loved it. My daughter is really big on musicals. So this was an automatic hit for her. My son loved how the children and Mary Poppins used their imaginations to enter different worlds. The hubby and I both loved that the movie made us think of our childhood and how easy it was for us to remember all of the songs.

Not only can we now enjoy this movie on blu-ray, but we can now upload it to our laptops, tablets and smartphones so we can watch it wherever we are. This is going to be perfect, especially for long trips in the car.

This also makes me think of Disney's new movie coming out soon, Saving Mr. Banks. I can't wait to see Tom Hanks play Walt Disney and how the movie and story that we all love came to life. If you haven't bought it yet, I definitely suggest heading to the stores to get a copy of Mary Poppins 50th Anniversary Edition on blu-ray before it's too late and back in the vault!
Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I received Mary Poppins at no cost for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received.
