From the moment I found out that I was expecting, I was always curious and dreaming about the first moment I was going to have with my little man. No one could ever explain on the emotions I was going to feel, until 11:07 pm on July 14, 2013.


I gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. My first emotions were how little he was. Once he was cleaned off he was placed on my bare skin and we had the moment of skin to skin contact. There are no words to explained when I looked down at him as his little eyes were trying to focus on mine. I felt empowering and blessed that I worked so hard to keep this baby healthy and perfect inside of me and now he was here, more perfect then what I could ever imagine. After two days we went home and our amazing life begins. Every day with my son it brings me continues joy. 


This picture is one of my favorites. It's crazy how you can stare at this tiny baby for hours on end. They snuggle right into you and their so warm and peaceful.

My little guy will be five months soon and these last four months have been amazing. Not only have I've been learning about being a first time mom, but I'm also finding the products that will best fit my little guy. I've continued to try products that just didn't work for my little guy's skin.  He has sensitive skin like me.


 I received an amazing package from Pampers that included Pampers Swaddlers diapers and feel in love with them right away. I've been using Pampers for the last couple of months and when I was sent a pack of the Swaddlers and tried them out, I knew these were the perfect diapers for us to use. 



I love the strip of yellow on a clean diaper and once the diaper becomes wet the indicator "strip" becomes blue to let you know it's time to change your little one. The diapers are also thick enough for night time continues coverage for 12 hrs, which is definitely a plus. After a nice bath, a Pampers house coat to dry him off and a clean Swaddler pampers diaper has completed our day.
