Klutz Mini Grocery Store Kit Review #HolidayGiftGuide

As a busy mom of four, with kids that range from my oldest being, twenty-one, to my youngest, five, it's great when we can all get together and craft together. We were sent a couple goodies from our friends over at Klutz and today I want to talk to you guys about their Mini Grocery Store art and craft kit.

With the Mini Grocery Store kit you can make a super-cute supermarket! The kit included enough materials to create more than 20 cute clay characters from every aisle of the grocery store: meat, produce, frozen food, and canned goods. Then make a papercraft shopping basket to add your creations in.

The girls LOVED the mini grocery store kit. The instructions were easy to follow and the end result was beautiful, simple and cute. What I loved about this kit was that it also allows for your own interpretation. As you can see my youngest, Ryanne, made a pineapple using the instructions that were included, but then she also made a marshmellow and potato on her own. I loved watching all my girls craft together and seeing how their imagintion got them to think outside the box and create other items for their store.

Crystal-clear instructions show what clay measurements you need and custom foam shapes make challenging projects so much easier, especially if you've never craft with clay before. All you have to do is just wrap the clay around them! Throughout the book of instructions are plenty of ideas to customize your grocery haul with cute food labels and packaging.

Great for all ages, this is a craft kit for all to enjoy and with the upcoming holidays, this would be a great gift to give any kid and let their imagination go wild with creating different food items for their store. The only thing that would have made it better was if the clay was in resealable baggies, but it was a great craft kit for my girls to enjoy together.

The Mini Grocery Store craft kit is retailed at $21.99. Be sure to head over to Klutz to find out how to purchase online or where to find them in store!

Disclosure: All opinions are my own. I received the above mentioned toy at no cost for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received.
