The weather has been so nice these last couple of days and according to the weather channel it's suppose to stay this way for the next couple of days, yay! Yesterday it was so nice out I decided to make a smoothie for the kiddies and myself before they got home from school. The only fruit I had was kiwi and bananas so I did a little googling and found a couple of recipes and let me tell you, this smoothie turned out FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! The calmness of the banana and the tartness of the kiwi actually works really well together. Enjoy!
KIWI BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
3/4 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 large banana
3/4 cup pineapple juice (no sugar added)
1 large kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
